Im quite disappointed due to the fact i ordered $170 worth of food and not only did I receive one call but 2 calls cause i requested that 2 items not be included in my sushi combo. They then proceeded to charge me even more money to substitute for one of the other many items they have. It's really not about the money but the fact with the large order i placed they would not just substitute free of charge. And then to top it off they don't even give you chopsticks or soy sauce. They obviously don't value there customers so in my opinion i would order from one if the many other Japanese restaurants in the city.
the place is super cute, it has so much potential, my server was good at her job and did her best. i do like the asthethic of the place the food was okay ish though, maybe coz i am used to speciality sushi ? just normal sushi doesn’t cut it for me. most likely wouldn’t be returning just coz it wasn’t anything different. not a negative experience but not memorable one either.Parking: lots of parking

We been eating for years here in this locations and the first time we didn’t get a good service, 1st my food was not served, 2nd when we get bill they charging us the food that was not served and 3rd we didn’t know that when you ask for extra cup for tea their is extra charge of $2 dollars.

Ordered via Door Dash. Small portions with a big price. Food was fresh and tasted fine but $15 for beef tataki which only has like 10 one inch pieces of paper thin beef is ridiculous. Also, the person at the restaurant taking the orders from Door Dash did not send my order to the kitchen so when my driver came to pick up the order, it was not even started. I had to call in to get it re-ordered. Order was an hour late. No apologies, no compensation. There are far better places to eat Japanese food. Try Kobe in the west end. It is far superior.
