RUDE SERVICE!Despite enjoying the menu at Millcreek Cafe during a friend's reunion breakfast, the experience was marred by rude service. Although the food was enjoyable, the servers lacked pleasantness and rushed the group to pay the bill without asking if they wanted anything else. Despite intending to order more drinks, we felt unwelcome and pressured to leave. We won't be returning and can't recommend the cafe to others. I urge management to train their staff on customer service etiquette to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons.

One of my favourite breakfast spots. We often on a nice weekend walk through the ravine and end it with a delicious brunch.

Went for brunch, food was ok, probably would have been better if it was hot. I was hungry, so it was not worth the delay to complain. On the noisy side as well. I think they will need to pick up their game with the Rockies across the street now open.

I enjoy the casual atmosphere and food at this cafe. My daughter and I decided on eating here for brunch today. It was extremely busy, so was patient with the wait before being served. We ordered two Americano’s, two small cups of clam chowder soup and latkes and lox to share. The food was excellent.Issue was the busboy delivered our Americano’s on a tray and inadvertently spilt the hot coffee on my lap.Restaurant staff did not deal with this issue adequately. My thighs were slightly burnt and coffee stains on pair of pants and expensive shirt. Fortunate my phone was saved from the spill. Our visit was disrupted as I had to run to the washroom to deal with the wet clothing and slightly burnt thighs. The staff made no compensation and did not show much concern.Least some concern or compensation should have been made.Customer relations and service was poor.

I only had a drink at the bar, was good. I can’t speak about the food. The server was nice, the new hire was nice. The owner or boss (lady with an air tank) was incredibly rude to her staff. It made me so uncomfortable, these are grown men you’re talking too. Treat them with a little respect. They’re both so nice to the cafe customers, the only rude person in that place is YOU! I’m so sorry the staff have to deal with a person like that on the regular. Wild. Do yourself a favour and quit.
