I think my husband and I are done with this chain. Last visit, he wasn't very impressed and this time, I wasn't. Steak was dry. Loaded baked potatoe was anything but. It should have never left the kitchen in this condition and we should have not have given Montanas another chance. The final straw was the bill. Both our items seemed to be a highercpriced on the receipt than what we read on the menu. We didnt bother complaining. We're done.

I used the Montanas app whoch the restaurant did even bother to load except to receive my money. The food was ready for 45 minutes and they didn't even bother to call or text to let us know. We sat in the curbside pick up area for over an hour no one came outside at all and when we went inside to get our food the staff let us know that they could be bothered to check the app and that they could care less that our food was cold and soggy from sitting for so long. I spent $150 for soggy cold food and terrible service. I will never go back or order again! Absolutely terrible!

Got take out. We were quite disappointed. Got full rack of ribs, they were so dry, they were not enjoyable to eat. On the plus side there was a lot of meat on them. Fries were good and the order of kids chicken strips was good. Weird thing, the kids orders had way more french fries than the adult orders of food. Got chicken breasts as an add-on, so dry they were almost inedible. The coleslaw that we got as a side had almost no dressing on it, it was like eating raw shredded cabbage straight out of the bag.The girl that served me was very nice so that's a positive. Will not go back here.
