I ordered a Dr Pepper and the server brought me root beer without telling me. After some gulps I’m like “wth” and tell her. She’s like “oh sorry I forgot to say our Dr Pepper is down” so she grabs me a coke <-<Fastforward to food, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and she gives me just a normal cheeseburger. -_- I was like “oh well at least I’m saving calories or whatever” their sauce was spread thin on it, I had to drink my drink to get it all washed down from the dryness. The chick came around to give our bill and I look at it and she didn’t even punch in bacon cheeseburger. POS system isn’t hard to use ma’am, I’ve worked fast food before. ? probably won’t be returning to this restaurant even if I ended up in pain and needing food close to the hospital again. ??

Great place for after work happy hour. The food was served quickly and tasted good. Pricing was good. Service was attentive and friendly.
I placed an online order with Kingsway Moxie’s, thinking it was close to my hotel. Unfortunately, it was the wrong location. Called them within 20 mins of ordering to let them know I was not able to pick up and had the wrong location. We were in a completely different city. The website DOES NOT state the city within the address when ordering. Was assuming it was using my location services to find the closest location to me, was not the case. I called and asked for a refund, was refused. Even refused an in stored credit. They even kept my tip and refused to refund it. Was hoping for them to at least work with me abit, knowing how easy this mistake can be made and that I had to now pay for my food at another location. Was an absolute no go. Would not recommend supporting this location at all.

Moxies is an absolute pathetic attempt at being a restaurant.
The food was cold, and the staff were rude and robotic. Was expecting a much better experience, but the female manager made sure experience was terrible and unfriendly. I've been to every moxies in Alberta and this US by far the worst one. Never again will I or anyone I know visit this location. I would recommend anywhere besides this place ....Boston pizza is on the north side of parking lot and much more friendly service.if I could give 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE

For some reason this place is LOUD regardless if I'm there at noon or at 9 pm. They have a few gluten-free items on the menu. Whenever I tell the wait staff I have Celiac Disease a manager always comes to discuss my meal which I appreciate. I really enjoy their Blackened Chicken Sandwich on a gluten-free Care Bakery bun. I prefer my chicken naked which is an option listed on the menu. Beware though they have paper straws which you can skip unless you order a slushie drink like a Bellini.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

You usually can't go wrong with Moxies. The service was fast and friendly and our food arrived quickly. I didn't like that they put pepper on the sweet potato fries but otherwise everything was really good.
