They had a sign out for their 10$ small burrito and a canned drink, and when I went inside and tried to order, I was told that "we meant to take those down, and we won't honor it". I asked, but don't you have too if your sign is up? And was told again that they would not honor it. Go anywhere else.

Disclaimer: Ordered off SkipWhen my food arrived it was cold. Like cold cold. I don't know if it was because it was made right away and then sat there waiting for Skip to pick it up...or more likely because they put the ice cold pop in the same bag as the burrito.I understand putting the two in the same bag ensures the pop doesn't get missed...but I would've rather risked not getting a pop VS having a burrito that was so cold I couldn't finish. Since it is wrapped in foil I couldn't even put it in the microwave to warm up.Very disappointed and will not order from this location again.

Called to talk to manager and they hung up 2 times before they would let me speak to manager. He knows he has a problem but refuses to fix it. Skip the dishes is part of the problem but not 100%

Dietary restrictions: My biggest issue was telling the employee that I have a dairy allergy (my baby has a CMP allergy), I even double checked everything with her as well as on their allergy list online. Sat down to eat and found out she gave me my husband's which contained cheese by biting into it. So careless.( I ordered a drink with mine and it was on my tray and neither were labeled)Husband said his chicken burrito was very dry with not enough sauce.Mine was the chorizo burrito and it was ok, nothing to write home about.Also, fruit flies...trying to swat and eat was less than ideal.I've been here before and thought it was good but it's gone completely downhill.

More and more of a disappointment when I go to this location. Everyone seems like they hate their job there for one. They don't do half and half there anymore. They dont have other options instead of rice anymore. Becoming stingy on there portions. Not ever having enough food made for busy times. I could probably go on but you get the point.

Food seems good but make sure you know what you want because if they ask if you want veggies and you say yes they could load your burrito with green peppers instead of lettuce or tomato I also pointed at the sauce I wanted and they just grabbed one and sprayed my burrito down without confirming if it was the one I meant , I meant burrito sauce but didn't remember the name instead I got sour cream so yeah not happy tried to eat it but wasn't good would have said something if there wasn't 3 people behind me and I was in a rush so I just grabbed the subway across the way and ate that instead

One of the worst restaurant of mucho franchise. The staff is cringy, uninviting and not helpful. They charged me $2 extra for one small spoon of red beans. As the quantity was very less compared to other locations.
I'm not sure what happened to this place, used to feel like fresh ingredients, you had different hot sauces available to bring to your table. Today no queso , the carnitas were super salty and not even lukewarm , roasted corn was not roasted, rice was dry. It just seemed every ingredient was sub par..

Came in for my first time at 740 pm I was the only one in the place. The lady was cleaning a grill or something and seemed annoyed that I had come in after seeing me she proceeded to continue cleaning. I asked her if she was going to take my order and she had a rude attitude and said I’m cleaning. She then finished up wiping down the counters and asked me what I need. Just seems very annoyed I assume it was almost closing time. Food was ok but I most def won’t be back to this location. If I could offer a tip to the owner of this franchise would be to do a really thourough job hiring people and find someone that values your business as much as you do. Not a person that is grumpy and rushing to close down etc with no manners. Very distasteful. Lost 7-8 dollar tip and a good customer spending 35 for a meal. ?

Classic mucho burrito establishment. Food was fresh and a healthy change from other fast food. This location has large booths which was great for my little army of children.

I got served by a new worker and the two ladies “training her” told her the amounts to put on and I’ve never had a smaller amount in my burrito bowl. And for $14 and it’s basically half full. Probably my last visit as there are better options close by.

I just recently found out this mucho burrito reopened this year. The lady named Melissa came from another location to help with the reopening. Since the first time Melissa has made the best mucho burritos I've had. Burritos are always wrapped well and evenly grilled. I come here quite often due to work and plan to keep coming because of the great experience I had with Melissa.Parking: Always room
