We tried this location for the first time and served by Vinay, he was very friendly and helpful at explaining the menu and options. The food tasted great and the portions were generous too. This place is very neat and clean. Will definitely be back as the food way better than the other locations

This place is so cheap with their toppings it's not even remotely funny. The Mucho Burrito on Gateway near 34th Ave legit gives you 3x the meat.

Other locations are excellent, this one cuts every corner possible in terms of what they give you especially if delivery/takeout (Ive given them multiple tries as the other nearby location was closed). The burritos are overall much smaller, but also packed with mostly rice - they are stingey with every other ingredient including sauces. I ordered chips with pico, queso and guac - the chips were ok but the queso was literally watered down and gross (wouldnt stay on the chip and was see-through), the guac was brown while also containing mostly large chunks of tomato/onion and very little avocado, and the salsa was completely dry onion/tomato chunks.I love Mucho because you usually get decent portions of quality ingredients for a good price. I understand prices have gone up at every location but only here have they been consistently offering a sub-par Mucho experience. The service is also bad in person, I once went in and the person putting my burrito together didn't get off a personal chit-chat call and did the whole thing without focus - the ability to actually wrap a burrito was also lacking.So annoyed that this is my closest Mucho :/
Today was the final straw for me with this location. I ordered pickup so I didn’t see it being made. I ordered 3 meals, each had by far and away the smallest meat and cheese portion I’ve ever seen. A delicate sprinkle of each at best. Not good value as compared to other locations. None of us were full afterward unlike usual. I’ll go out of my way to go to another branch in future. This isn’t the first time this one has let me down. Funny enough they tell everyone who leaves a negative review to email them and when you do you get a bounce back saying no such email exists.

Ordered through uber eats. Ordered a regular steak burrito. After taking out the scale since it was fairly small, I got 9g worth of steak, and I paid $15. Incredibly disappointed.
