Me and my friend went in today. I can't remember the ladies name of who served us, but was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I've had. Super friendly, informative of menu and just all around awesome. Food was great too. Two thumbs up ?

I had an outstanding experience at Nando's! The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Our server was incredibly attentive, making our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. My only recommendation would be to replace the worn-out seats for an even more comfortable visit next time.Parking: Busy area, lot of retails nearby including a grocery chain. Parking is always full

Good food. Really bad service experience.We waited for almost 1 hour to be served. Staff approached and said our order was served to someone else. Not sure how that could happen when every table has a number. So as patient and polite as we can be, we waited for some more.After finishing our food, we decided to get some of the Natas. So it was sent to our table. But after maybe 3 minutes, a waitress approached us and asked if we wanted to take our desserts with us because they need the table available. We could understand - we've been at the table for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I wonder why? Could it be because we waited for an hour to be served? We didn't make a scene and it is what we deserved? And there were like 8 tables available and no one waiting when I looked.Questionable sanitary practices too. Saw them wipe the peri-peri bottles with a dry rag from the bottom of the bottle to the mouth. Not a big deal right? Except that you have to realize that people grab it a couple of times as they enjoy their finger lickin' good chicken. Enjoy the DNA of the previous customers :)Will never return to this location.
