I thought I had reviewed this place before.I am glad to write another review of this place.Their Tonkatsu have gotten better than before.It was good and now it is great!Everything is made fresh upon ordering, so it is piping hot !Small hole in the wall place as you wouldn't know if you drive nearby.But glad I have tried here.They are also well known for fried chicken, but I recommend trying their Tonkatsu!

Nara chicken is so delicious! My boyfriend and I order chicken here almost every other week, and there was not a single time we were disappointed. Very crispy outside, juicy inside, and the spicy sauce is flavourful. Snacks are delicious too.Even better, the owner of this restaurant is always friendly and nice!! Only had take out, so can't comment on service but this was such a wonderful treat. My boyfriend and I thought the chicken was amazing! The tonkatsu pizza was tasty! Can't wait to go in and actually try this place out .

the boneless chicken was delicious! the iced coffee came with whipped cream, and was equally tasty. at the end of our meal, the kind woman behind the counter brought us a plate of free dessert samples. lovely experience!

Nara Chicken and Tonkatsu is an unbelievable Korean restaurant in west Edmonton. They have a wonderful selection of traditional Korean food fare in a very humble restaurant space.The food is extremely generous and delicious. The presentation is very well done. And everything is modest in its delivery. The Tonkatsu is spectacular!The service is wonderful. Very kind and helpful. But they can get very busy here. And I've only ever seen two ladies working here so it can get a little backed up. The constant stream of food delivery folks that come in here is a testament to the quality of food.I can't say enough good things about Nara.5 x ?????

Ordered the rib-eye bulgogi rice dish for takeout. Pickup time was quick, quality and taste of the dish was great. The sliced rib eye was tender and the veggies were cooked to the right texture, sauce was not greasy and just the right amount. We will be back for sure to try the other dishes!

The cheese tonkatsu and cheese curry tonkatsu are delicious! The udon and corncheese were sensational. Also we definitely loved the warm environment and their kind and friendly server.
The Cheese Curry Katsu was so tasty. I'm addicted. I love the crispy rice and cheese that forms on the hot stone plate. Curry and cheese - what a delicious combination! Food was served promptly and with a sweet smile. Everything on the menu is mostly new to me but every dish I've tried is fantastic.Wheelchair accessibility: Sensors that opens door makes it really accessible. Washrooms accessible.

Hidden gem in the city! We bought about 6 dishes family style and every single dish was AMAZING. I recommend the assorted tonkotsu platter for a family, and the pork tenderloin was by far the best one. The service was so fast and they were so kind and doting.
