The noodle and soup taste surprising good here! The ingredients are so so and the cha shu is not the kind you would expect from a good ramen shop. I also found it strange to add banana pepper on my ramen bowl and call it spicy...

Best ramen in Edmonton. Don’t agree with me? I’ll arm wrestle you. Admittedly Edmonton is bereft of viable ramen options, but this place stands above the middling pack. Tokiwa is in the same league but lines drive me bonkers. Great friendly service and great flavour combine to a great reliable ramen experience. It’s unfussy and straightforward, just like it should be.

I've been here a couple times. Its alright but find the soup broth/s does not taste like traditional japanese ramen or something in the bowl is really overpowering the taste of the soup. If your into ramen soups with a surprise kind of taste or kick, it may be for you.

Great place for ! The service was great, Chanel was a lovely server! The soup was tasty! The broth was a perfect mix of savoury, salty and tastiness! The spicy tonkotsu had a tremendous flavour profile and really engaging textures, definitely coming back here when I am in the mood for ramen!

I used to come to this place pre-pandemic with my family, and it was hands-down our favourite ramen place.Today was the first time going back in a couple of years, and... oh man. It breaks my heart that a place once serving some absolutely delicious ramen is now, in my opinion, sub-par at best. The broth was not nearly as flavourful, and the meat (pork belly and pork shoulder) seemed dry and like it wasn't fresh. The only thing that hasn't changed is the quality of the noodle; they're always delicious and have the perfect consistency.I'm willing to give this place another shot in a few months. Hopefully this was a one-time thing, and will be better then!

Not sure if it's the owner is Japanese but the Ramen and other dishes here is pretty good compared to others in Edmonton. We eat here often. Really like their soup. It's rare to find authentic Japanese food in AB. Majority of Japanese restaurant here seems to be owned by other Asian minorities except Japanese... ?

Best ramen in the city in my opinion. Loses a star just because the appetizers leave a bit to be desired. Waffle fries are good though as are their dips. Friendly staff too!

Staff are always friendly and very Covid aware. Food comes quick and piping hot even during a major rush. The flavours of their premade ramen are all unique and spot on. Would recommend to anyone in Edmonton for a visit, or if you are here long term! Oh, and don't forget the extra ramen noodles!

The Dragon and the Tan Tan soups are so delicious. I’m sure everything else is delicious too, but every time I go I just can’t drag myself away from these two soups to try anything else.

The noodles were extremely spicy. I recommend the average person choose a spice level lower than what you think you can handle.
