Despite ordering drinks, main dishes, and desserts, we were overlooked, while the neighboring table received attentive service. To add insult to injury, our server displayed a clear preference by squatting down to take orders from the neighboring table, while standing at a distance to take ours. Throughout the entire dining experience, there was a notable lack of checks on our table, and even the basic courtesy of changing utensils for dessert was overlooked.it's disheartening to witness such blatant double standards in customer service.

Don’t go here if you like breakfast. Seriously, all other breakfasts are ruined now. My daughter and I went yesterday. Everything we had was AhAhAhMazing! Today I just can’t even eat breakfast. I keep thinking of yesterday’s breakfast. The place was bright and welcoming, our server was friendly and attentive. The washrooms we clean with change table for babies and also gender neutral. I can’t wait to go again.

The worst oeb experience ever ,the food was terrible eggs where cold the bread was soggy meat was half cooked ,pancake was burned from the outside but soggy within and the chai late tasted like water and cinnamon .the only saving grace for the place was our server he gave some good recommendations.would not recommend the downtown location

if i can only give zero stars, food was better last month. This used to be my favourite breakfast place. Last week their hollandaise was horrible my client and i can’t even finish, service made our experience even more disappointing. Will never come back. The vibe changed and it’s not what it used to be anymore.
