We ordered pizza for our staff ! Vikrant was so kind and generous. The complementary, mushroom cheese mini pizza was delicious ! All the pizzas were super fresh and hot! Thank u JATINDER for making sure are pizza was nice and hot! The pizza is fresh and clean and tasted delicious! Highly recommended! The cinnamon twists are very tasty a good way to end the meal ! This is my first experience with ordering pizza from this location, my pizza was chipotle chicken original crust ,toppings all good,wings were awesome flavor, with jalapeño ranch dip...it was soo yummmy...in saying this hotter tasting would have been phenomenal .It was worth the price to have a different treat… I would recommend everyone to have pizza from this downtown, panago store.

I’ve been a huge fan of Panago over the years. Tonight, the staff were super friendly and my pizza was made on time! However, I was quite disappointed in the quality of my pizza tonight. I ate it because I was hungry but the sauce barely reached the edges and even where the sauce was, it was applied very lightly. Also, though all the toppings I requested were all present they were applied super sparse. I’ll be honest, this is not what I’ve come to expect of Panago.

Very rude people working here. They don’t even know the basics of customer service. I was standing in the queue for 10 mins and I didn’t even get so much as a glance, as if I didn’t even exist. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Instead of wasting your time with this terrible management, go to Marcos Famous Burgers next door—better food and customer service.
