In Edmonton for the 2024 Youth Nationals volleyball competition.Ordered thru Uber Eats and got 2 Canadian classics and an order of wings (8pcs).Wings were decent, but the pizzas were the worst Papa Johns pizzas my family has ever had to date!Pizzas were dry, mildly warm, and barely had any toppings.Avoid this Papa Johns at 14818 Stony Plain Rd!!

Worst pizza on Stony plain road. Do not order from here. They get every order wrong, counter staff do not listen and do not care. Pizza is always far too saucy, hardly any meat on a meat pizza. Save yourself the trouble and order from cosmic pizza or even pizza 73. Papa johns is TRASH

I ordered two large Hawaiian stuffed crust pizzas from the restaurant, expecting to enjoy a delicious meal. However, upon receiving the pizzas, I was disappointed to find that the crust was not stuffed as advertised. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of toppings and cheese on the pizzas, which greatly impacted the overall taste. The pizzas tasted bland and unappetizing, almost like biting into cardboard. This experience left me feeling let down and dissatisfied with the quality of the food. As a result, I have decided that I will not be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.

In Edmonton for the weekend and we ordered a 1 large pepperoni pizza and a cookie. The pizza was okay tasting, lots of pepperoni but not enough cheese. The pizza wasn't cut properly and we had a hard time pulling it apart that the pizza was ripping from underneath. The cookie was good.

Excellent customer service at this location. I had accidentally placed a large order for the next day, when i arrived i found out i did, instead of turning me away until tomorrow (it was 100% my fault) they cooked 6 large pizzas in about 20 minutes. fantastic service

Nothing epic about this stuffed crust. The number of toppings on the ham and pineapple is pathetic. Some slices didn't even get a single topping and this was not just one, but two large pizzas. Cheese so thin it doesn't even cover the sauce in all areas. I normally love Papa John's but I will not be ordering from this location again.
Today, we came to this Papa John’s location to pick up pizza for our whole family. Though we had a very long and complicated order, the staff were so patient, efficient, and incredibly kind, and we had not a single issue with our order! I already am a fan of Papa John’s pizza, but the pizza I had here today was the most INCREDIBLE pizza I have ever tasted! Each and every pizza was made absolutely fresh, and tasted wonderful. I have never seen staff at a pizza place put as much hard work and effort into their pizzas as these guys. I highly recommend this location for anyone who loves a good pizza, and will definitely be back again soon!!

Ordered stuffed crust and they put lots of crust and virtually no cheese. The center of the pizza was super thin and overcooked. Almost no toppings. Eg 1 tiny sausage per slice. Even though my pizza was done, had to stand up to find out why it was taking so long. It was probably sitting there for 5 minutes. Same person working with me from start to finish.
