Really unfortunate experience tonight. Ordered around 735pm. I understand you close at 8pm on Mondays. The website said the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I had ordered a dairy free cheese pizza. When my spouse arrived to pick up in over 10 minutes.. he was told that there is no dairy free cheese and "it's close to closing time, so I couldn't call you and tell you there was no dairy free cheese." He replied ok then light cheese.. but she had already made the pizza with regular cheese and said she will just take off some cheese.. then he asked instead for a refund for the pizza and she just stared at him blankly. So we now have a pizza I can't eat. He also had to wait 15 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. The employee was very concerned with being "close to closing time" that the service was very poor. We ordered with plenty of time and this interaction doesn't seem fair. I think this deserves a refund.

Pushi was excellent. I got there minutes after they opened and she was out sweeping in front of the store. She got the invoice correctly (again); I’ve had poor results with invoices with others.Vegetarian options: Gourmet vegetarian doesn’t taste like it has no meat. It’s excellent.

I would give a zero if I couldThe order took 1 hour 20 minutes 1 pizza was wrong I swear 1 pizza had a hole in the centre and the skip driver slide the pizzas so 1 pizza had cheese and topping slide off 1 side of the order. I spent 140$ + deliveries absolutely frustrating . When I called the restaurant they said sorry we are busy. This type of service is just unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant at all

We placed an order at 12pm for 5:30 delivery, they accepted the order and sent a confirmation that it would be delivered then. It is now 6:30 and we have had no update from them.We cannot contact them as the phone goes straight to voicemail and the email would likely not get checked in time to make any difference.Extremely disappointed.Going to go to the store and try to get a refund or a pizza now, will update after.Edit: we drove to the store and they said they got a lot of orders and couldn’t fulfil them all in time. One of the 2 staff members said that we didn’t have it so bad because the Skip driver behind me had been waiting 50 mins in the store for his order.Just as bad they only refund 50% of orders when they miss them and cause a 2 hour delay. Ridiculous.Extremely disappointed and will not be returning ever, Red Swan it is for me!Edit 2: they are now harassing me by text and call to remove this review, which I will not do.

I would give negative stars if I could. Walked in at 4:05 in the afternoon on Wednesday February the 14 and was basically told if I didn’t order ahead of time that they had no time to place a order and would be at least a half hour… there was one other person in the whole store and I felt like I was told to eff off. I don’t think it’s hard to make a take and bake pizza first of all and they didn’t even know what we wanted or were going to order. Will never be back and I hope that they go out of business if that’s the way they treat potential customers.

The owner takes advantage of the employees and doesn’t give them pay when they leave the company. Pays them 11$ a hour with no tips and expects outstanding service, he won’t pay my friend his 750$ that they owe him and run him a round the bush. I will be reporting this to the work board and will take legal action. I will be starting to protest with signs outside the building starting Saturday during lunch hours

We love the take n’ bake pizzas from here, and will continue to buy them in the future. I do feel that they need to reevaluate their staffing, however. The last 2 times we ordered online for pickup, the pizzas weren’t ready until 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Additionally, last time we ordered, a pizza was also forgotten on our order. I had to call, then drive back to the restaurant to pick up the missed pizza (not always aneasy task with a 2 year old). The guy working that day appeared to be by himself, and seemed frazzled. Definitely feel that an additional worker that day may have mitigated the issues we encountered.

Had the meatballs and calzones! Both excellent for the price! Highly recommend. Our server was Bhayleen! She was very nice and helpful! Ate at the store… nice!

Got 2 pizzas 4 days ago to cook at home, got moldy beef on my meat pizza with no sausage and a veggie pizza. I looked in the beef container before she did to notice the beef looked disgusting, and she dug around in there with no gloves. I said, “no I want a full refund, You lost all my trust” and she was too busy arguing and making stuff up like it was sauce or sausage stuck to the bottom. Run away fast and report this garbage to Alberta food and safety. Picture included below. Mold is scattered on pizza but the most obvious is middle left corner.
