Pros...Food was decentFriendly staffCons...Service sucked. Had too ask 3 times to get a glass of water. Had to ask for plates and utensils.Summary...Im not sure if i would go back as it was very frustrating having to ask 3 times for water and plates.We had multiple people come serve us but no one brought the water. They never even asked if we wanted water when we ordered and we didnt get it till we were already eating.
Came here for some nice soul warming pho and thats exactly what I got!It was hot, flavorful and absolutely perfect!!! Also got a mango bubble tea ? That bubble tea tastes like the best parts of summer.I will 10000% be back ❤️

Just tried Pho 39's takeout, and let me tell ya, it was top-notch grub. The pho soup was steamin' hot, packed up like they really care about your meal. I could smell the goodness the minute I cracked open the box, and that first slurp confirmed it – flavor town, right in my living room.The spring rolls?
