To be clear, this review is not about their food. Came here for lunch with my two kids. My 5 year old unfortunately wanted a sandwich from next door. We sat down and when trying to order were told that my 5 year old couldn’t eat her sandwich in the restaurant even though me and my son were going to order food here. I said that the sandwich was just for my daughter and the two of us were still going to order food here, but they said it’s their policy so we have to leave. After my daughter started crying and as we are getting up from the table they came back and said they would allow it this one time as long as we take out our own garbage which I had no problem doing had they just asked the first time. I understand that the restaurant has a policy of no outside food, but I don’t think it was unreasonable to ask them to make an exception for a 5 year old having a single sandwich.Kid-friendliness: If you have small kids then just know that they will not allow ANY outside food to be brought in for them.

The absolute best satay beef pho in the entire city. Flavours of coconut and peanut sauce curry in the broth. Generous slices of rare beef. Delicious.

By far the best Pho in Edmonton. The Beef Satay is a must try! Warm and hearty, will cheer you up on the cold winter days! Amazing staff and great location. Great portion sizes for the price!Parking: During lunch hours parking can be hard but usually shouldn't be a problem.

The quality of food goes down too much now. I have been here for a few times and I used to like it. Now it seems like they serve the lowest quality of beef possible. The steak is thick and too tough. I haven't had that kind of beef at any other pho places. Their tripe and tendon are also low quality cut. Tender is just some random suspicious tissue, lol, not what they usually were. And flank is all fat. I would rather pay more to have some good quality beef instead of these suspicious cut. What's more, they charged me for the special pho while I ordered regular. They did not provide me with an itemized receipt, only the POS slip. I only found out the error after I left.Very disappointed.
One of the WORST customer service experience I faced in Edmonton. When we came in, we were made to wait 20 mins before being served a menu by the staff past lunch hours. Not that busy. Then, upon ordering, we had to wait a long time for our food to be served. Once some of our food was served, it was missing a couple of items (spring roll and a full pho for one of my colleagues). The waiter and lady told us that it'll be right over. However, upon checking and as time passed by, they said they forgot the orders and got mixed up after almost an hour or more of waiting. No apologies. No nothing. This is after three of the nearby tables were being served and accommodated who came right after us almost immediately upon sitting down. The waiters didn't even bother to ask us anything until we got their attention. It looked like it was deliberate as well.

Quite good food at a very reasonable price in today's market. If this was my staple food I would go there regularly.

I'm surprised about the ratings on this spot. It is fine but nothing special. Have had way better pho in Edmonton.
