Great customer service, good portions and favours. Not sure why this place isn’t started higher. Tried other Pho places in this area and found this one to be 100% better. Stylish atmosphere and comfortable seating. Definitely one of my favourite places to go for a healthier meal.Kid-friendliness: Brought my family of 5. Service was amazing and very accommodating for the younger kids.

As of 11/26, the AC is broken and it's freezing. It feels like I am sitting outside in winter. Food was ok. Service was ok too. Hard to enjoy a meal when it's 0c inside a restaurant.

Boring atmosphere, bland food and very poor service. Please read the full review below.I rarely to never give reviews this low so this is a new realm for me. Went there with the kids as we are in a hotel down the street and we love noodle bowls. Walking in the door the host didn’t really seat us as much as point at a table for us to go to. He took all our orders simply enough and it didn’t take long to arrive, that was the last time we saw him. Now correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve never had a vermicelli bowl that didn’t come with fish sauce. Seeing as the waiter went MiA I guess I’ll just eat it dry. My young son ordered a chicken and rice bowl which was simple enough but I suspect all their knifes are too dull to cut chicken as it was barely sliced which made eating it very interesting for a 6 year old. And of course we weren’t given a knife and couldn’t ask for one so I used my hands. We all ran out of water before we finished our meals but couldn’t get a refill. Honestly they are lucky we didn’t just walk out because it would have been very easy to do so.But the shrimp and dumplings were quite enjoyable, small wins I suppose.Good luck in a loaded market and a very busy area. You're going to need it.

Ordered on Uber Eats as our favourite Pho place was closed. I ordered the vermicelli combo 5. The chicken tasted off like it had gone bad, I couldn’t finishing eating it and had to throw it out. I do not recommend.
