I was very disappointed when we visited this location yesterday. The service was good but the pita portions have reduced in size by a drastic amount at this location , the bread is different than other locations (much smaller), and the protein is minimal even with extra meat.After I paid $40, I got 3 measly pitas. In reality I should have paid $20 max for these.We had visited another pita pit location on south side before and at that time they had given us a huge filled pita so this location was hugely disappointing.

Ordered one night on skip order randomly got Cancelled so I got a refund and called this location 20 minutes before close and she said she wasn’t able to SEE ANY SKIP orders at all. I asked her if she could make it for me and I could come pick up. She said yes, picked it up 5 mins before close and she felt so bad, reassured her it was not her fault. Feb 23/2024 at closing I didn’t catch her name but she deserves some appreciation and raise! God bless

Employee/cashier was very rude. Had her AirPods in the entire time and was talking on the phone for personal reasons (I do understand stuff happens, but at the same time you should show some professionalism) we were charged two dollars extra compared to every other pita pit we have been to for the same order and they made one of the wraps incredibly small and got mad when we ask for extra lettuce.
