Orders 3 pizza for pickup when got back home opened the boxes I was so happy they were loaded with topping… tried the pizza the dough was raw called customer service and was told to bring back brought back to the store the ladies inside the store told us “u need to let us know how u want it cooked” umm not raw..I would expect it that way, why should I have to tell you.. they made new ones but no compensation for me driving back.. when tried the pizza seemed like there dough was not prepared properly as was not properly fluffy dough and then they gave very little toppings not impress will not order again.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which unfortunately fell far short of expectations. Having picking an order for delivery, I arrived to find the door locked, despite the lights and operational equipment visible inside.After waiting patiently for ten minutes, I noticed a staff member inside. However, instead of acknowledging my presence or assisting me, they proceeded to turn off the lights and flip the open sign, effectively ignoring my presence. This lack of communication and basic courtesy left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.I believe that clear communication and respect for patrons are fundamental to any successful establishment. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and customer service at your restaurant.I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback constructively and implement measures to improve customer experience in the future.

I just got some undercooked wings. Really hit or miss on this location. Sometimes its fine, sometimes it's terrible. I guess it depends on the night and/or who is working. I got them delivered in very suspiciously short amount of time. I get wanting to get through work as soon as possible but cutting corners on something like this isn't the way to do it.

I've had multiple experiences with this pizza73 giving me undercooked and barely cut pizzas. My order is not honored. I asked for well done and i get soft warm pizza. I give them the benefit of the doubt and keep going back and I just keep getting more disappointed. Please find a better cook or atleast retrain. I wanna keep ordering from here but at this point I'm just wasting my money
Only problem is put some protections on your food delivery, or even a seal. when ordering for delivery boxes were open. It’s hard to trust for food delivery now a days driver might open it. Please do something or do put it in a bag for an extra charge and close itEdited : ordered again through doordash but they messed up my order so we went to actual store to get it corrected but they won’t do it, so we went to order again and pay for it AGAIN but they will not take it as she was saying they are closed when it’s 11:40 pm and still have 20 minutes before closing time lol what a joke!!! WHY put closing time at midnight when they can’t make a new order for only wings !!!

This is the worst pizza 73 I have ever been to. We typically get pizza 73 monthly, and have never had the food taste so horrible. We got the new meat trio panzo, which we have already had a few times from other locations and absolutely loved. However, from here, the edges were left completely open, and we only had meat and cheese in maybe a palm sized section of the panzo. The rest was just dough that was soaked in grease and was so hard you could barely bite into it, not to mention literally tasted like it was cooked in oil that hadn’t been changed in a year. Very bad experience. Sad to have looked forward to getting them all day and wasting money on something we could not even finish because it was so disgusting and underfilled. I hope this will be made right and we will be refunded.
