ordered a gluten-free pizza and 20 popcorn chicken so so small. gluten-free pizza is really really thin crust and cost $30 My daughter's 20 pieces of popcorn chicken doesn't look anything. the picture that's advertised. I wish I could post photos

I have been visiting Pizza 73 restaurant regularly to enjoy its delicious meals. I also work as a food delivery driver, but I was surprised yesterday on April 1, 2024, at approximately 9:30 pm. Where I went to the 5003 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5W 1B8 , I was surprised by the presence of two women, as one of them said that she did not like me and that she did not like my food delivery bag, knowing that my bag was identical to the specifications, but it seemed that the lady who claimed to be the manager was not wearing a tag name so that I could recognize her name, and she did not tell me her name. She refused to give me food and said that she would cancel the order, and I felt very sorry for such racist behavior on her part. Unfortunately, she deals with customers according to her mood. Unfortunately, there are such employees who do not have the etiquette of dealing with customers in a respectful manner in such a respectable restaurant.

Pizza 73s pretty good, out of the chain stores of pizza menu items I like most are probably their pizzas with garlic sauce. Wings are decent, dough is fine, toppings are fine. Curly fries are really good as well!

Well... ordered the 16 piece bacon wedges.. did not come as advertised. Was cut like a pizza. I unfortunately got 8 pieces and the kidlets were upset. Ordered Buffalo sauce an extra 2. Did not recieve. Bacon wedges had WAY to much seasoning on them. To the point it burnt our tongues. Not happy. Not impressed. Also ordered golden crispy wings, curly fries and popcorn chicken. Having to order else where now as customer service was of absolutely NO help. Looked for the number to this shop and it gave me the standard number. Also no receipt was given and I paid cash. The driver didn't even try to offer change... just walked away..

Ok I'm not sure if this is my third or forth time ordering pizza from this 118 ave and 50 Street??You have so far never failed to discust me!!!Cheese was turning sour!!!Order was so wrong!!Ham & Pineapple with mushrooms!!! #2: Only Pepperoni!! No you put mushrooms on the wrong pizza once again?? No sauce what so ever, and the Pepperoni was suppose to have hot chillies on it!!!! None as expected!!!!!!!!You get:: ZERO RATING!!!0 OUT OF 100%
This place is a staple in Edmonton. The service is always great, many alternative crust options so those with gluten allergies go nuts. I believe their boneless chicken bites are gluten free as well.Many delicious and creative pizzas to choose from you can’t go wrong.

Placed an order for pick up. Received the incorrect order upon arriving home. Called customer service and waited on hold for 10 mins for the call to cut off, no attempts from company to call back. Went back to the location and was told I need to call them back to resolve the issue. Waited another 10 minutes on hold. Waste of time and poor communication/customer service.
