We were visiting Edmonton and decided to try this place for dinner. It did not disappoint! The food was very tasty and there was so much on the plate! The owner was very accommodating and adjusted the order to fit our needs. There was a nice touch with a water jug in the cooler for people that just wanted a glass of water instead of pop. Highly recommend, will be back when we visit again for sure!

I have been to this place a dozen of times and its a hit or miss, dependong who cooks your food.If it the chubbier darker skinned Persian guy with black eyebrows, he does it deliciously as he uses special smoking technique and wood based charcoal that add flavour. He is in Thursdays and SaturdayNow about the guy that is the owner who has not talent for cooking and poor customer service. I mean he will still be nice you but you will not enjoy his cooking and the meat. I always order Baargs or Sultani, and he will make it taste not good. He's been doing it for 6 years, and it had never occured to him that the slight smoke and the type of charcoal make a difference in meat flavour. He doesnt get that like the other guy.I had to teach him. So, instead of offering me some kind of simbolic discount, as i am a regular customer, he made sure he charged me thd full amount. He would rather not lose a few dollars that lose a regylat customer. I did not want to insult the guy, but dude, this business is not for you. Maybe try being an electrician instead.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, however the experience I had tonight with Pom was so humiliating, degrading and disappointing that I have no choice but too.I’ve been a customer here for 2 years and tonight like many nights I placed an order. To keep it short, the order came incorrectly, I called the resturant and was hung up on and when I physically went in, instead of being offered a solution I was verbally abused - told to leave, they don’t need or want my business,to come back tomorrow and that they won’t give me the food that i had already PAID for. I was humiliated infront of my friend who was fasting all day and came to my house for iftar, who I could not feed, thanks to Pom!Pom has to remember that as a Persian resturant in a town that has a small persian community and representation, they are representing our food and culture. They degraded me and humiliated me infront of my non-persian friends and gave Iranians a bad look. Disappointed is not a strong enough word to describe they picture they painted tonight for my culture and persians.Be aware before you give this resturant your time and your money and go some where that you are respected not just as a paying customer, but a human.

Never seen a business operate with such blantant rudeness towards human beings. There was a mix-up in an order we placed, which is totally okay and understandable as we had a big order - but when we kindly called the restaurant to try to remedy this situation, we were straight up told we were lying and were hung up on twice, and the rest of our calls were dodged. The man working told us he wasn't going to help us and that he didn't need our business because "he had enough customers already". Wish I could give zero stars.

I tried to calmly find a solution with staff and they responded by claiming there wasn’t a problem and proceeded to ignore me. I’ve never felt more disrespected.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I have never had a more disgusting customer experience in my life. My friends and I placed a large order and were missing one of our items. They argued and hung up on us twice. This was extremely disappointing in itself, we then decided to go into the restaurant to see if we could resolve the problem. We brought up the situation to the older man working there and he said to come back tomorrow. When we explained that we needed our food and showed him the receipt of the order that we payed for and he dismissed us again and screamed, “we have enough customers” and gestured to shoo us away with his hands. This happened in front of customers no less. I have never been disrespected like this as a paying customer. Will never be returning.

I am extremely disappointed by the way my friends and I were treated by this establishment. There was a mistake with my take-out order, When I called and asked for a correction, the employee on the phone was not only extremely disrespectful and rude with the words he used but also hung up on me twice and later refused to answer our phone call.
The most rude and disrespectful behaviour! They forgot one of our meals and when we contacted the restaurant they told us we were lying and extremely verbally abusive! Told us that they don’t need our business since they have enough costumers already.
