This is the first time trying Popeyes, spend 80$ and asked the employee regarding any rewards or discount thing and she said no. Later on saw a banner saying g collect points been there to the counter and asked her to scan points and she said can't do it now.The employee should mention this thing before taking payment. Won't go there again.

Nothing beats the fresh bite of hot, out of the fryer, chicken ?
The food is always the same as what you'd expect, however I can't seem to order from this location without some item being missing. it's easy to check when you only order 2 things, but when ordering for a family, and a to go bag is filled up, it's too inconvenient to take everything out to make sure something was not forgotten. It's just really annoying, but we keep going back cuz the food is good.

Went through drive thru, ordered a family 10pc meal, paid more than $40 fir the food and waited for 12 mins in the parking lot. Went home and opened the box this is what I got. I'm very disappointed because I am a regular customer and my family loves popeyes. Please do check what you putting in the box before you hand out to the customer.
Drove all the way from spruce grove to spend $73 and was given gross rice and beans instead of gravy, super disappointing to drive that far and be given the wrong order

so ordered a platter 8 piece.. 18.99 and then i thought you get two sides automatically but seen there was a charge for 12.20 for the two sides.. and my drink. total 32.88 ??????? since when for a platter. is it cause i got two of the same sides?
