My favorite place to visit here at WEM Food Court is Popeyes. I love the food quality, especially the crispiness of the spicy chicken. Their service is fast and consistent. The employees are friendly, especially Tina, who even chatted with me while taking my orders.

The person who took my order seemed annoyed to be working there. Forget asking any questions, they will make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Ten minutes wait for chicken tenders that I ended up throwing out as they were not fully cooked through. What a disappointment considering the amount of money spent. There’s much competition in the foodcourt, these guys don’t seem to care though. Nothing I love more than spending $22 on lunch to have a teenager speak at me condescendingly.

SALMONELLA POISONING! Went on January 27th Popeyes in West Edmonton Mall and ordered their garlic parmesan chicken wings. They seemed quite busy and told us there would be a 15 minute wait which was fine with us. Time passes and we get our food, it all tasted fine but halfway through the day I started to feel sick. It’s been three days and I’ve been sick to my stomach with the worst aches ever. Vomiting and flu-like symptoms. Definitely do not recommend that location, I’ve visited other locations in Edmonton in the past and felt fine after eating. Update: it’s been four days and I still have severe stomach pains and diarrhea.

I had Popeyes chicken in different locations in the city and they were all good ,this is the second time I tried WEM location and I think 1 star is too much ,each time I ordered I got old chicken from under the light they're not even worm ,hard biscuit, terrible service ,I will never eat at this location ever I gave it another chance but it's seems both times were the same
The wings are horrible, cold and dried up, I ordered honey garlic, but they were too spicy for me, not worth the price - Safeway at Northgate has better wings and cheaper
