I don't know what the deal is with this location but the portion sizes are the worst. Considering the price I'm sure you'll survive with putting a bit more in your donairs...

This location haves the best donairs I've found on the West side of Edmonton, and I've tried them all.

Portion sizes are brutal, thought I was eating a lettuce salad with some meat on it. I am not a small guy and get the large and it was the least portion size I have ever seen from prime time. If these down size portions don't change I won't be coming back. Which is not what I want to do but 15 dollars for a salad does not make a person happy.

Store was closed today at 10:30 despite google hours saying they are open until 11pm. Waste of time.

The hamburger was cold and on the menu it said that a combo was $11.99 but the bill it was $8.99 + $4.00 coming to 12.99.Also had the large chicken shawarma and it was OK at the best. it was also a little pricey at over $17.00.I think that this place is new and they are still working out the kinks.

Weird food, also we asked them not to add tomatos and onions but they added it anyways. Food was overpriced for the taste.

I Went there few time this week. Staff is rude. Food portions are very less. That short black indian girl really does not know how to speak english. And she does not use gloves either. She was keep using her phone and took a long time to cook the food.Went for the second time: there was a guy. Again does not know how to speak english. And does not understand what exactly what i wanted.Went for the third time there was another tall young girl. Guess what again english problem. I feel like the owner here is talking all the refugees in and running a charity.Suggestions: There are some nonprofit organization in the city that will give you some english lessons for free. Please try that.

The food's good; however, they always screw up the orders. Their English language skills are terrible! Quite frankly, if you're going to work with the public, learn to speak English at a better than toddler level!!!

Food quality is really poor. To try out this place we just bought a chicken shawarma from this place and it was very below standard. Basically, they don't even know how to make a shawarma. They wrap chicken curry in a bread and they sell it as a shawarma.Learnt about their food quality/service and not planning to visit any Prime Time Donair location again.

Under new management. New owner was super nice! The donair I ordered was super juicy, tasted great and not too messy to eat.
