I loved Ramen Misoya! The soup that I got was so flavourful! The miso was probably the best I have ever had, and the cha-shu was amazing, nice sear on top. Another highlight was the chicken kara-age… Beautiful! Crispy on the outside and tender and flavourful in the inside!! And finally, mochi at the end was a must!
Delicious ramen!! And we also had the squid legs to start which was incredible. Writing this review after ordering from this restaurant again! Currently waiting for it! I was impressed by the fact they separated the broth from the noodles and everything so they wouldn’t get soggy!The flavours are amazing, the meat is tender & the Miso spicy is the perfect amount of spice.
