I used to travel to Edmonton frequently for work and Remedy was always hte lunchtime go-to; I still have dreams of the butter chicken wrap years later. I will never throw away their punch card just in case I have the opportunity to return! :)

I stopped here today to grab a warm coffee on a cold day. The barrista's made a perfect coffee which was complimented by a lovely conversation. I appreciate the staff here and their delicious coffees.

I tried Remedy's Kashmiri tea. While the taste was good, it was not the authentic and traditional Kashmiri tea, which I was expecting. It was more of a chai latte type flavour. Moreover, considering the cost, I found the quantity was not enough.

Very very poor food safety here. Watched the guy cough directly into his hand and touch a bunch of things, a dog came in and the girl petted a dog and touched a bunch of stuff. Neither of them washed their hands. Pretty gross.

The 2 Chai and 4 Samosas deal is great. The Chai’s were even a bit too big.Atmosphere wise the place is a bit outdated and saw better times. Still worth for a quick stop.
Nice place for desi milk teas and wraps. It used to be really good a couple of years ago, the taste this time wasn’t as authentic. Really like the masala tea and Kashmiri tea was also nice.

I cannot rate the food as I never had any , however the Chai tea here is phenomenal, atmosphere is very nice clean and comfortable . Would recommend anyone to come here during non peak times , grab a book and enjoy a chai ??

I originally ordered a multigrain bagel with vegan cream cheese, but they were unfortunately out of multigrain and offered me an everything bagel instead, which I accepted. They then told me they were out of vegan cream cheese, so I ordered a plain bagel with PB&J. Although my new order was cheaper, I didn't get a refund of the difference in price. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that I was given an everything bagel with PB&J, an odd combination of flavors that's barely edible. There's also very little jam on it. The food is terrible, but the latte is pretty good and the staff seem nice.

update: still amazing, been away for 5 years and came back to have my fav ( butter chicken dish ) and a london fog. still amazing as ever! very happy and just happy that this location has survived and hasn't changed much. original: I am a regular at this location. Always great & friendly service. Not a long wait time for drinks. It does get busy, during the evening. Though it is a very nice place to enjoy a cup of your favourite drink and food item and relax. Love it here.
