I would like to start this off by saying all the managers and staff have been wonderful each time I have gone to remedy cafe. This review is directed specifically to the owner. Last week I went to remedy to study for finals (this was the fourth time I had been in one week purchasing drinks each time I go in). After I had been sitting at a table for some time the owner walked in with some of his friends and sat at a table in front of me. He then disrupted and told me I had to move to one of the bar-top style tables. When I told him no because I had already settled in to where I was sitting he yelled at me saying it was "very sad and pathetic" that i was sitting at a table alone. He continued to say I was stealing space from "paying customers" although multiple tables were available, and I had purchased two drinks. Despite this he proceeded to yell at me and demand I move. I had to ask him multiple times to leave me alone and stop being confrontational with me I want to add that he had already yelled at many other customers in the cafe by this point. So, to the owner I hope you understand the business you are running. Students go to cafe's all the time as it is supposed to be a relaxing environment where you can have a few drinks while you study. The treatment I faced from you was disrespectful in every sense and I will never return. I hope you do not treat every customer with the disgusting behaviour I was faced with. The customer service industry is not for you.

As usual, Remedy Cafe is good wherever it is. I'm always a fan of it and their Kashmiri Chai is my favorite ?. Nice cozy place with decent service.Vegetarian options: Their Veg wraps are also good in taste and quality.

Came in today at 7:30 to get an iced chai latte , and had the most wholesome experience. I, unfortunately in a fatigued state, ordered the wrong drink which was a matcha latte since I’m used to ordering that drink at other cafes. I was about to leave and then got enough courage to surpass my embarrassment and come back and reorder the correct drink, willing to pay of course. However, the gentleman that helped with my order earlier didn’t even take payment but instead laughed it off and made me the one I wanted . Thank you again for your kindness and understanding . You really didn’t need to do that but it really did make my day and helped me feel more comfortable and less embarrassed.

My son and I used to go here often. We finally went back after a while, excited. There was always a lady who worked there that knew his name and he liked to say hi to her. She wasn't there that day.We've come across great staff, until yeaterday. There was a lady there with mid-length brown hair who was very snippy with the young coworker she seemed to be training (who was doing awesome BTW!). I sure hope she isn't the new manager or something.Later on, I went into the bathroom with my son to wash his hands, and I heard a toilet flush, and saw the brunette/snippy staff immediately leave the bathroom without even washing her hands. Just walked right out the door. We left the bathroom right after, only to see her handling customers food with bare hands.A little while afterward, a rush of people came in, and she took a break on her phone, leaving the new trainee to handle the large influx of people on her own, but snippy with her when the young trainee asked a question and just went back to her phone. I thought the new blonde-haired trainee was great, she was kind, friendly, and wore gloves. I am still pretty grossed out that the brunette may have handled a lot of food yesterday, including my son's and mine. Even if she just went to wash her hands in the kitchen, she still touched the door handle customers do without caring.The atmosphere would be great, but cleanliness is a huge issue. Aside from the above, the bathrooms seem to not be thoroughly cleaned often, and absolutely disgusting writing all over the bathroom stalls (at least in the women's bathroom) that I don't want my kid reading. Lots of stuff degrading to both men and women. It seems Remedy did try to scratch it off but it's just kept happening, they need to look into a whole bathroom upgrade. I get that this is a "Remedy" thing, but with the bathroom as dirty as it is already, it does not make for a pleasant visit.In the restaurant seating area, the wall our table sat next to had drink splash marks all over it that hadn't been wiped off. Not sure how long they have been there. Judging on the condition of the bathrooms, the walls, the staff that didn't wash their hands, a reform is needed there.Remedy cafe's food is always excellent and they have a lot of selection, even for those who need to follow specific or allergens. The cleanliness of the kitchen staff now worries me, but that can't be based on one staff member. I especially enjoy the Samosas and Chai combo, and my son loves the PB & J bagel.
Absolutely delicious bagel with cream cheese. Huge cup for the price. Good value.

The Remedy in Terwillegar has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and decent drinks. I wouldn’t come here for food in particular after past visits though. Overall, I’d give it 7/10

I really did not have a good experience here. You order and then are asked to give a tip for a service you don't even receive. If you order to stay, they don't give you an order number or your name to identify whose order it is. They'll just call out the order, which is confusing because with multiple people ordering the same thing, you don't know if you're taking someone else's food who had been waiting there longer. Really bad set up. I won't be returning.

I love the Coconut Chai latte, my son and myself come here almost every day. The atmosphere is great, we love to sit down there and talk about things going on, daily. We share a great experience every time we are here, the food is fantastic as well the wraps are delicious, and it's something that you cannot find anywhere else. The staff are very kind and welcoming and great at customer service, and my son is also very happy with this place, he says the people there make the place so great. Thank you Remedy.
