Can I give ten stars for service!?! My mom and I felt like we were the only people in the busy restaurant. Our server took the time to get to know us and to make excellent suggestions. The food was, as always, delicious - thank you for taking an ordinary outing and elevating into something my mom and I will discuss for weeks.

Time after time, Biera knocks it out of the park. The food is delicious, the service amazing, and cocktails and beers are well done. We really enjoyed the new pork dish and the updated dumplings. The trout carpaccio is probably my favourite dish in the city right now. When it comes to service we have always been impressed here. To a point that we compare all other experiences to the service received at Biera, and few other places come close. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, and very knowledgeable about the food, beer, wine, and menu. Some people find the prices steep but we have always felt the pricing to be very fair when you consider the exceptional food, fantastic service, and great beverages.

Great food and service! Server was amazing in explaining and recommending menu items. We had a few small plates with a flight of beer and wine, perfect proportions for an early dinner. Food was unique and tastefully done. Highly recommend for foodies wanting something outside of the ordinary. A bit pricy but worth it.
Best restaurant in Edmonton, might be one of the best in Canada. Beautiful tartare and great smoke flavour other dishes. Pairs really well with their beers. Delicious ‘milk and cookies' to finish off the meal. Highly recommend this place!

Honestly, you cannot go wrong with Biera. Their experimental menu and their selections in general are top tier. There is not one thing on that menu that would be a “bad” choice and it was just an amazing time with amazing and knowledgeable staff

I have been before and ordered items I've had before. They were excellent previously! Talked a friend into coming. They didn't enjoy either. Staff were excellent. Maybe kitchen just had an off night. Will try them again for sure.

Interesting menu for both drinks and food. Plates are meant to be shared family style so you do get to try a variety. Service was a bit slow as it was busy. Tables were a bit close together for our liking as you don't get a lot of privacy to your conversations. Good experience otherwise and definitely would return.
The food exceeded our expectations. My partner and I have been a fan of Blind Enthusiasm for a while and knew we would love the beer but the food was exceptional. Every dish was super unique and all of the flavours were balanced so perfectly. Particularity the semifreddo (recommended by our server) was so unique and delicious. The service was perfect. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. It's pricey but well worth it.

Service was good. Atmosphere fine but food was underwhelming. Chicory salad was way too bitter (I expected some bitterness, of course, but it was too much). The salad could have used more sweetness or acid to cut through that bitterness. Pork shoulder was mediocre but not worth $42. Mushroom dish was the best of all three and the cookies/creme anglaise dessert was good. We left there saying we probably wouldn't go back there. Disappointed as had quite high reviews.
My husband and I return regularly for the steak tartare. I have never tasted it better anywhere else. Our waitress was great. She was there when we needed, but was not over the top. She recommended a wine after listening to our tastes, and was bang on! We recommend Biera to everyone.

This was a truly special and delicious meal. We are up from Los Angeles and this was as good a meal as you can get anywhere. The pork shoulder could have used a touch more seasoning to make it sing, but the dumplings were spectacular! We will be back!
