Google maps says it’s closed but it’s not. I just had espresso there. Expecting bad coffee but it wasn’t terrible. Pretty good actually.

Bad service, ordered for several cups of coffee. I asked to leave a room for milk/cream but they did not do that. I asked for empty cup to have some room for milk/cream and they asked to pay for it.Moreover, when I went to add milk/cream they were out.The staff is not friendly at all.Not recommend anybody to go there.

Those that gave five stars to this place obviously are fake or a staff member doing it with a fake account. Second cup cafe, West Edmonton mall, entrance 50, please do not support them. They are horrible and their services are unsatisfactory to the lowest. Rude employees. I would never spend my money there.

Really bad customer service. Gave me the wrong drink. The lady had a bad attitude and I didn’t even order a hot drink and she didn’t even remake it just poured in a new cup with ice was not good at all! never coming back.

Asked if the pistachio latte is nice and they recommended it. Turns out it is too bad and when I told them I don’t like it they said I need to order and pay for another one. Definitely not coming back ??
Staff are very polite and informative. I asked so many questions as I was on strict food plan. They never got annoyed rather even started showing the ingredients for coffee like how much fat in the cream, which brand cream, what type of syrup and so on. They listened carefully and helped to sort out my need.

The drinks were very good, however service was extremely rude. I understand that this is a busy location, however if you do not like your job and despise/cannot respect customers go work somewhere else!Not to mention the seating area was covered with spilled drinks.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is the worst ever. The morning lady is so rude and basically called me a liar cause she can’t do her job right. All I asked for was no foam and I get 3/4 cup of coffee. When I went back to complain she insinuated that I drank out of it and brought it back to be filled up. Are you kidding me. Never again am I going here.

this location staffs are so rude. No cusomter service at all. No greeting. Staffs look at you like you own them money!we are regular clients, but they never care and even change 1.05 for water water. Never say thank you. If that location makes money, it is nothing to do with staffs just because the near entrance. Every time, visiting that location is disappointing. Zero Star!
