I love second cup but they disappoint sometimes. Today I ordered on Skip just to extra treat myself from home. Spent about $27 for a sandwich, latte and croissant including delivery +tip. With all this, I expect satisfaction, the sandwich was lightly warm and I ordered extra heated. And it wasn’t the delivery time because it’s literally 3 minutes away. Guy behind counter unattentive. Acted like he didnt want to be there.I Asked for a brownie and a date square. He wanted to put it on the order as two brownies (for what ever reason). Spentbmore time trying to justify it, than it would of took to ring in the requested items. Then put them both in same bag. I then had request my receipt. That was a chore.

The quality of this Second Cup has really gone downhill. I visited March 21 in the afternoon. After the lady at the till takes my order (caramel corretto, half sweet with oat milk), then asking me to repeat the order to her, the barista handed me my drink - a caramel corretto, full sweetness, with regular cow’s milk.
