Found this place finally today. Looks like it's shut down. They don't even have a number you can call. No menu on the walls and location is locked up with a gate around it. Too bad I really wanted bubble tea today.

This location is always randomly closed although their hours on Google say they’re open, and when they are actually open, the one and only employee starts working 5 minutes before opening time and nothing is ready for another 20 minutes after they’re supposed to be opened. She also works with an AirPod in and often ignores customers who are standing at the counter instead of informing them that she’s not prepared. She literally just lets you stand there lol.Monetize on the lunch rush. This mall is dying.

First time really enjoyed the drink. Second time, store didn't have any topping options other than aloe vera and mini tapioca. I said fine to the mini tapioca.... When they handed me the drink....... This was what I paid extra for..... Stingy much? $7.50+ for that amount of tapioca is disgraceful.

When I went there was only 1 girl working the store. She ignored me and was chatting on her phone and I just walked away after a few minutes since clearly they don't want to my business. Go to a bubble tea shop that cares.

Amazing service all the staff were really nice and the lady who helped me choose a drink was extremely nice! I’m super happy they’re in Edmonton. Their tapioca pearls are the perfect consistency and their drink flavours are unique to their store.

Both times I've ordered from here, there was something off about the drinks. Gong Cha is a few minutes walk away, I recommend going there instead.

The drink tasted fine. The issue is the service. I arrived at the store in the middle of the afternoon on a break from work. I stood around for a while, not being greeted by any of the four ladies who were working at that time. Three of them were crouched behind the counter talking while another was playing on a laptop. There was a paper bag from A&W and a half eaten salad from Chopped leaf on the counter where they make the tea, in plain sight to anyone walking by. When one of the ladies finally noticed me, she took my order. One of the other girls did attempt to help her with the order... after she finished eating right in front of me. At least she washed her hands lol. I was just handed the drink with not much said. From a customer perspective, this is very disgusting... to see someone eat their food at the front counter where your product is made and where customers are served. You may want to look into correcting this. Not a good look at all. I'd add a photo but I don't want to embarrass you that much...
