If I wanted the bare minimum effort on my food I wouldn't be getting something for 20+$ didn't even eat half of it. I get it's a British pub but I'm not entirely a British peasant give me some spices they need not be held for the king any longer.

Visiting out of town from Winnipeg. We are big in the food scene and the burger from here with the mushrooms in it, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Absolutely keep it up! Will visit again. I added a photo because I can’t recall the name of it’

I was here during the GETCA convention. It was packed to the point of standing room only. That said, the bartend staff was totally on top of things and made sure that my glass was full. I've eaten here as well in the past and seem to remember that it was good. However, since that was a while ago, I don't feel that I should give a rating for this review. I recommend.

Great long term pub in the downtown core. There was really good live music, food was it's typical great - had the steak ?...was delicious, service was attentive and quick to bring a drink ? can't go wrong with this pub.

WARM, flat draft beer. Bathrooms smell so so so bad . They blame it on "it's an old building". Very unpleasant experience. I will never go back .
