Incredible!!! We will be driving back from 45 mins away to come for dinner anytime. You never get real service like this anymore. Our wait staff was incredible, the food was unbelievable, we were beyond impressed with our entire dinner experience. The owner made us feel so appreciated and we cant wait to be back! 10/10 highly recommend. Also the portions are insane, the value for cost is simply unmatched for mouthwatering quality food!

Excited to order 4 pizzas. Usually the crust is bubbly and tender, cheese is gooey & stringy. Maybe recipe changed? Cardboard tough crust and cheese no longer has stretch. Terrible. Make yourself a Mr Oetker, at least you know what to expect. Spoke to manager and he said “thanks for your feedback”

We went to out there for the late lunch. Server gave us the Lunch special menu and on that menu there are 3 choices of pastas at $17 each. on the other box in the menu, there was soup and salad combo with no price information. So before we ordered them, we asked server the price for the soup and salad. He said it is included in the pasta menu which was sold at $17.we thought it was an amazing offer for lunch. We order those things with one appetizer. Generally food was acceptable except we needed a lot of extra salt and pepper to make them balanced.the real issue was happening when we got the bill.They charged extra $13 for the Soup and Salad combo.I asked server what it is and he said soup and salad combo is $13. I explained him that there was no price info and so I asked you the price and menu detail. he did not listen to me and keep saying it is $13. So I called manager(Owner) and Store owner came out. He did not care us as a guest. He said as if we are lying. I showed him that there is no price info for that combo and with the approval from the server, we else can accept the extra $13 even though its price is actually $13?He did not apologize us and he said 'live the real world. but anyway, I will take it off' and that's it. I felt like I was begging them to lower the price. The owner treated us like a crying baby. It was their fault that not write down the price on the menu.I I knew that it was $13 and separate menu, We would have not ordered them. I will never go back to this restaurant even though this restaurant is the number one Italian one in Edmonton. Owner needs to live the real world and he needs to learn to accept his mistake and fault and needs to learn how to treat his customers. He needs to know how to apologize and He needs to retrain his employee as well.

I recently booked a 20-person birthday here, and I dealt with one of the owners. He was very easygoing, very understanding, and great to work with.I love this location, and I would highly suggest this restaurant to anyone who wants to go for a simple, quick dinner or a full night out with a big or small group.I always appreciate great service and great food. We did take out.The spaghetti con polpette and meatballs were "okay". Hardly any sauce and not much flavor. The meat balls were huge. They were ok. Very disappointed not worth $23. The fettuccini alla contadina was over powered in a smoke flavor. Again not worth $24. Also got a side of garlic toast. It was small slices, very hard like what you would use for bruschetta. I took a couple bites, didnt even taste like garlic and I threw mine out.So many other Italian restaurants out there. This place used to be my favorite but that was 20 years ago. Too many other fabulous restaurants now. They need to up their game. ⁹

Went with my girlfriend last Saturday for a late Valentines, we got in and had a reservation at 7, the male waiter had a sort of robotic but enthusiastic tone which I didn't mind and was enjoying. Bruschetta with cheese was disappointing and had no flavour. When we got our mains we were fine with it for what we got, but our meal got completely ruined when our male waiter didn't hear us say stop for the cheese and almost emptied the cheese bowl onto our plate, even when I said stop three times. I was mad that it happened to me, but even more furious when it happened to my girlfriend as well when she audibly kept saying "That's enough". Food was inedible since it melted and her gnocchi was turned into a salty plate of vomit. My fettucini tasted fine before the cheese, but after, completely inedible and ruined our paid dishes. I wanted to voice my concerns but felt bad with the rush of people and reluctantly paid the $80 bill for a ruined night. Sadly didn't get the name of the waiter. The pictures show the food before and after the cheese altercation.
