Excellent dining experience while on business travel in the area. Our waiter was very attentive, friendly and conversational. We were surprised to get an authentic Italian experience in the Edmonton suburbs and enjoyed everything! It was garlic festival week there, so added bonus...

The food was absolutely delicious. The food came hot and well presented. Our waiter was well informed and super attentive. The restaurant was not loud and a pleasant space. The booth we were seated at was excellent. My only concern was with the hostess who greeted us and made it seem like she could not find our reservation. She initially seated us at a wobbly 2 person table right next to the front door, which seemed very odd and off putting as there were many vacant tables. A manager soon swooped in and seated us in a very nice booth. The evening was saved!Overall it was a great night out. We will be looking to make the 2.4km walk from our home monthly. Grazie!!

First visit to Sorrentino's West, easy to find and great atmosphere. Garlicfest menu was available so we had lots of options for food. Our server was the best, Rhonda helped us decide what to order and was beyond friendly! Learned how to say Orecchiette lol quick too. 5 ⭐️ service!!

They should be ashamed of them selves calling them selves a Italian resteraunt and selling this quality of margarita pizza..Not trying to be rude but it was disgustingThe cheese tasted so bland and had a cardboard like texture and even the sauce wasn’t goodThe only thing I can’t complain about is the dough but nothing exceptional

I personally am a HUGE FAN of sorrentinos. This particular location is fantastic. The staff/servers are lovely. My favorite dishes are the penne meditrennian & the arioncini. The ambience is lovely & it's not too loud so you can be sure to enjoy the company you are with :)

(I was with reviewer; Josina L., below. And I am relieved to see that we felt the same about our experience). Went there with a party of 4 + a toddler last Tuesday (Feb 20) at 7pm. Restaurant wasn't busy at all; just a few tables. Service was fast at the beginning. Ordering and getting our appetizers was good and timely. The appetizers were ok. However, after receiving our appetizers around 7:20/7:30. We didn't get our main courses until an hour later. I recall looking at the time of 8:23pm once we finally got our main course. Which I found a bit strange considering the restaurant at this point was empty. Also our server was not attentive and distracted as they kept talking to the table right beside us (I'm assuming they knew each other).During the hour wait for our main course, no one checked up on us nor gave us an update on why our order was taking so long. And even when we got our food, no apology. We probably should've complained but some self awareness during a non-busy night should be expected. My food was not great; I got the cannelloni with mushroom cream sauce. The cream sauce was so bland. It had no creamy or any type of flavor to it. I had to add salt and my own cheese after taking it home to make it edible. We didn't leave the restaurant until 9:30...30 mins after their closing time. We were actually 2nd last table to leave. The table that our server kept talking to was the last one in the restaurant.Between only me and my fiancé our bill came to a total of $70 (not including tip); 2 mains + 1 appetizer. What a waste of our giftcard we got for Christmas... I have been to Sorrentino's before at the other locations in the city. And this by car was the worst experience I had. Most likely won't be coming back to this location.

We live in Sherwood Park and this is our favorite Italian restaurant to go in all of Edmonton Sammy and his team always make the night a real treat and enjoyable. Best Sorrentino'S in Alberta.

Took well over an hour for our food to come despite the restaurant being nearly empty, server distracted and not very attentive, didn’t offer plates/cutlery/water/bread to our toddler, and the pasta was very underwhelming considering the price tag. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

Excellent as usual! Food was perfectly cooked and delicious; the atmosphere was friendly, warm, and welcoming; service was terrific - our server was very sweet and attentive. Dessert was amazing!! I don't get a lot of time to spend with my adult kids, so I always want our dinners to be extra special. Sorrentino's (West) did not disappoint. It's now our favourite place to go!
