Can’t recommend this place enough! Went here with my sisters and we couldn’t believe the quality of service. My sister has allergies to sulfites and the manager and chef personally came to our table to talk with her to make sure she got a meal that was safe and she could enjoy. The chef even came back to do a quality check once we started eating. Our server Tea gave us stellar service and was very attentive & friendly. The food was amazing from presentation to taste. Everything was delicious. If I could give a higher rating I would. All the staff we interacted with is wonderful. Shout out to server Julie(Yulitza) too. You definitely should check this restaurant/lounge out.

The Stages restaurant has a very nice up scale look about it. We had very good service. The menu was the luncheon menu so we didn't have the dinner menu. Our steaks were very delicious however.

wanted to brag about eating here, but the truth is I’m not from Alberta I’m not used to eating raw meat. Today I had to tell the bartender to tell the cooks it’s okay to cook my meat a little longer. I’m not rushing them. But for 3 days every thing I ate was under cooked ? I ain’t trying to catch a tapeworm and for 3 days and 3 meals I had to send my food back to be cooked longer. It looks fancy but they rush their food here. If you’re from Alberta and can eat raw meat I’m sure it’s a good place. But I’m not from Alberta and I don’t eat raw meat. Even for breakfast I tell the waitress I want over hard eggs no slimey eggs. Tomorrow is last chance I hope they get it right. Looks great but the meat is always under cooked. I’m sure if you’re from here it’s great but I’m not from here. Ask for medium well and get rare 20 seconds away from being blue

I had big hopes for this place as l stayed there for a few days. Morning buffet breakfast had a nice selection however a la carte was a different story. Was served previously frozen vegetables and chicken that foul smell was noticeable. Kitchen definitely needs to take a hard look at the food coming out however every time service was impeccable.

In the heart of the bustling DoubleTree hotel, one finds an unexpected culinary haven - Stages. The restaurant's open layout offers a lively atmosphere, though a more secluded section caters to those seeking intimacy. Our server, Tee, was a beacon of hospitality, ensuring our needs were met with a warm smile. The menu, while diverse, had its highs and lows. The Carbonara was a comforting classic, and the Salmon, albeit slightly overcooked, was still enjoyable. The Stir Fry, however, lacked the punch of flavor one might expect. The Calamari, unfortunately, fell short with its slightly soggy texture.Yet, redemption was found in the desserts. The Crème Brûlée was a delightful dance of rich creaminess, and the Cheesecake did not disappoint. While the service could have been more attentive with drink refills, the overall experience was pleasant. Stages offers a professional dining experience that, with a few tweaks, could truly shine.

I eat here regularly, not by choice but due to meetings. Overpriced, unpalatable food. ZERO stars.
