Jan 3,2024- I went today with my kids and we ordered hot chocolate, cookies and chocolate milk- the transaction didn’t go through and we wanted to return our purchase but the college plaza Starbucks team was very generous and kind and gave us the whole order for free- it made my day and the kids day! Thank you for your generosity and kindness- the world needs more of you!
Over the summer I've gone to the Garneau, Edmonton location and the service has always been great! Despite it being shortly after 6 am when I go, the staff is always nice and has my order ready fast!

On Monday, I ordered a turkey sandwich and paid for it. Then I noticed a person who was seated in a corner wuth his head down on the table and ordered another sandwich for him. When I went to pay the cashier said that I did not have to pay. They served him the sandwich and a hot drink. I was so happy to see what generous hearts the staff had.
