This is the upteenth time this Starbucks location has messed up my simple order of a coffee with cream. Nothing fancy. Just two parts to it. No need for a fancy machine.So again this morning I’m given a straight black coffee with NO CREAM, despite ordering cream, them marking cream on my cup, and then checking completely ignoring it.Bravo Starbucks. You ruined my morning yet again.

You dont Impress me
Ordered my drink I get 5-6 times a week, paid my $7 and the girl didn't even read the sticker. I had to ask her to take out the ice to make it light ice, she then removed all the ice except 1 piece, and once I got to my appointment I realized she didn't add the syrup either and it's horrid. I called twice because I can't go back with no answer. When I pay $7 I want quality not this garbage. So very disappointed.
I go to quite a few different Starbucks locations including this one. Every other location gets my order done right and made well every time. The terrace plaza location used to be my favorite cuz the people were amazing, but now every time I come here my drink is done wrong or just tastes bad. Today we were missing shots of espresso as well as cold cream that we asked for, plus the cold brew just tasted awful compared to normal. It's really disappointing, and I hope it can get back to normal soon cuz I'm not sure what's happened recently.

Good morning guy, Geovanny this side. This comment is trying to help to keep quality in service. Recently l asked for a Mocha cappuccino ( l received a coffee- not espresso and chocolate powder in my coffee) My stomach felt it. Is hard to know that a mocha cappuccino comes with expresso and chocolate syrup liquid not powder. It looks like hot chocolate with coffee and wiped cream. $6 dollars, l prefer to pay $8 for quality. I m barista!
