I just want say thank you for the wonderful service i've received in this establishment. One of the best by far starbucks i've came across. As i walk in all the members gave a warm greeting and smile. I order matcha latte, venti. it was amazing. Martin was the name i remember who was exceptionally great person offered me if i needed water as well. As i was a bit dizzy due to the coldness outside, The Store was clean and the service was fast..Probably should be the standard of all the starbucks in edmonton. God bless to the staff and My gratitude.

Really friendly people always so sweet and even if they get one thing wrong on the item that i ordered they will remake it for free without any questions askwe go here all the timeKid-friendliness: I love it when i took my little kids in and they made a special two drinks for my kids that did not have any coffee in it and it was the color they wanted and the only chargement for one cup

Worst Starbucks in edmonton! I go to Starbucks everyday and order the same thing (venti cold brew with 6 pumps of caramel with milk). I mobile ordered to this location and picked up my order in the drive threw. When I got the drink the color was off but it was fine sometimes they don't put enough milk. I take a sip and it's disgusting!!! The bottom of the cup is warm, barely any ice and the lid smelt like a musty cloth. Thankfully the parsons and ellerslie Starbucks was on my way home and they fixed it for me. When I showed the other startbucks the drink I received right away she goes that doesn't look right. Everytime I go to the south common location service is poor and drinks are off. I will never go back to this location.
Worst experience at a Starbucks I have ever had. I was waiting in line behind a family of 7 that were deciding on their drinks and they told me to go ahead of them as they were still deciding and I was just a singular person, very kind of them. The guy at the counter told me I was rude for cutting the line, and outright refused to serve me? I explained to him the situation and he told me I was rude and entitled ?? who are you guys hiring nowadays?!

IF YOU CAN AVIOD THIS STORE. I ordered exact same thing here, but I just got a lot less than what I should get. To compare, the 2nd picture is the same thing from the other store. And I went back tell them I’m not satisfied with the drink, and they are just saying this is the standard recipe, and they are not offering any other methods to solve the problem. Very disappointed experience! Do not come to this store!

Always enjoy Starbucks, but on this visit, the cashier was unpolite and disconnected. Restaurant was also dirty. Almost all free tables were dirty.
