I went through the drive thru this morning and made my usual order. After I got my order and drove off, I went to eat my breakfast sandwich and there was a thick black hair sitting right on top of my sandwich when I opened the bag. Super disgusted and disappointed. Today, my bf and I were going to the drive-thru and the line was very long. I was already late from work yet still decided to get something to eat. I was starting to get annoyed because of how bad the line for drive-thru was but the worker was nice enough to talk to me and lighten up my mood while we waited for our order to finish. Her name was Katie and she was really nice and I loved her energy. She even gave me two free cake pops for being patient with them ♡also, shoutout to that one worker too who was nice enough to give my order for free few weeks ago because someone cut in front of us while waiting for 20 minutes.

This location is the worst I have ever seen for their mobile pick up! More then ten times we have ordered drinks at 5:30am only to arrive at the drive thru and the drinks are not ready! I have noticed the staff at that the time in the drive thru standing around doing absolutely nothing! Maybe they should prioritize the order that has been placed! As per usual we ordered today and the order of course was not ready when we arrived.We cancelled the order and we asked for a refund.We went back in the afternoon to get our refund and talked to the manager on duty named EMMY. We discussed the problems that we have encountered with the mobile app and that the drinks are never ready on time.Not only did EMMY not apologize for what happened to us she came up with made up lame excuses as to why the drinks are not done on time.She told us that they have so many orders at that time of the morning and it is very busy......seriously at 5:30am! If you are going to make up excuses at least have them make sense! This so called manager should be a comedian because what she told us was a joke and just laughable! I cannot recommend this location for mobile pick up because you are never guaranteed to have your order ready upon arrival.This location has to seriously investigate what their staff are doing first thing in the morning because they are clearly not doing their job!

SLOW!! Very SLOW!!This location needs more staff, seriously.Huge line up with only 2 staffs working endlessly.Also, this location barely has seats and tables…. I was close by in the city and just wanted somewhere to sit and relax a bit in a coffee shop and have a chat, but this is NOT that Starbucks.PS, washroom is very dirty, but at least it’s not locked like everywhere else.

The drive thru is one of the slowest in the city. Starbucks usually is a bit longer than your average drive thru due to their drinks. However, everytime I’ve gone it’s been about a 5 or more minute wait per car.I would recommend just going in if you can as you won’t save any time.On the flip side the staff are really sweet and make decent drinks!

I got here at 4:30 and ordered 2 drinks, I got 1 drink at 4:45 and sat waiting for 30 more minutes, my drink was melting in the blender. I had to talk to the barista and she was running around looking for my drink when I finally said, is that it in the blender? I sat there for 45 minutes watching everyone get their drinks while mine melted in the blender.
