This is the slowest drive thru of any Starbucks bar none. If you are in a hurry it would be fast to drive to any other Starbucks including one on the south side even if you appoint was next to this Starbucks.

I think there is a new manager because she’s a new face I started seeing around. Looks like she’s in charge. The way she talks to the baristas is awful. Having witnessed this behavior on two separate occasions as a customer, I can only imagine what occurs behind the scenes. She was completely tearing apart this poor young guy who was really struggling to make a drink and had a negative attitude towards every barista. Do better.

Frap tasted wierdd next day I got foodPoising I’m almost certain I got it from the drink.the Inside needs to be transformed and the safety measures should be reviewed by all workers to insure the safety of their customers.I would not go here unless you want to be throwing up all day

Super slow service in the drive through, gave me the wrong drink at the window and when I sent it back they gave me the same drink with a little bit of ice in it - still the wrong drink, only iced.

By far my favorite location... I live kind of far from this one but they've got the most amazing staff and have not once got my order wrong. whenever I'm driving home from the gym and craving Starbucks this is my go to location 100% of the time.

Management support is needed at this place. Coffee and beverages are great but the service is very slow and unorganized. Just some Leadership and the staff can do their work sufficiently.
