Manager is the worst! I recently visited your Starbucks store and unfortunately had a consistently negative experience. On two separate occasions, the manager inaccurately processed my order despite clear instructions. Additionally, when I politely addressed the errors, the manager responded with unnecessary aggression, which left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.As a loyal customer, I value efficient service and professionalism, both of which were lacking during my visits. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially from a managerial figure who should set a positive example for the team. The Baristas were all friendly and welcoming, the manager should learn from them.

It's a nice and cozy place. It had nice Christmas decorations. The issue was that our coffee was ready and we didn't hear anyone call out the name. We figured out after few minutes that what's on the counter might be our coffees and ideed it was. Otherwise, great service!
Coffee was all over my cup and lid wasn’t on properly spilling all over my hand. Not a good look for Starbucks.

I've always had a good experience at this location but the service was so excellent today that I felt the need to leave a review. Both of the baristas that helped me were extremely helpful and friendly. When I asked them questions about a new drink flavor that I thought sounded interesting they suggested a few ways to add it to my drink and even mixed me up a little sample size to try it. I'd definitely recommend stopping in.
