Out of ingredients alot of the time.Plus they need to higher security. Theirs always people in here causing issues for staff and they cant do anything.Tonight staff didn't do anything while people did lines of coke of the tables... they were notified about the mess left. Instead of cleaning the drugs off the table they cleaned the oven, and checked the coffee maker.Its pretty gross, and not a great place for my child to sit in and eat.

I had a homeless man that was sitting in there when I arrived . The homeless man came up to me as I was purchasing my sand which, he was asking for me to buy him a drink. He proceeded to lift up his shirt and be creepy. I said yes only if I’m allowed to buy you a drink. The staff should have said sir you can’t do that in here, it was very unsafe. If you have homeless people harassing your customers you need to hire security. It was a very bad experience that could of been prevented

So I went to this location unfortunately on August 26 2023 at about 6 pm. I ordered a chicken rancher sub. They told me they don't have the rotisserie chicken and said has to use another chicken. So they couldn't even make my sub right.So then I asked for a fountain drink nope they don't have any fountain drinks. I asked why the staff told me they turn it off because they have a lot of homeless people that come in and break it. So now a paying customer can't even get a fountain drink. Of course they were willing to sell me a bottle drink at an increased price. Wow just horrible.Had very few cookies too I got the last two chocolate chip cookies and this location closes at 11pm lots of time before they close. Staff is just lazy.The restaurant itself is just filthy so very dirty clearly. Take some time to clean the tables and the floor and it wasn't just one table it was a lot of them.I would give this location 0 stars if I could totally horrible location. Avoid this location at all costs it is horrible!

came all the way to have SUBWAY but unfortunately the customer service, the door was locked and the sign was open! And i was talking to her from outside she didn’t care! That’s not nice! And not even 10 pm yet! So unprofessional!!??
The Indian girl who was working there single-handedly managed to ruin my entire visit. Her complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service made me hate this place. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, it was clear that this lady had no interest in providing a pleasant customer experience. I had these coupons I got from Subway and tried to use those. I am a vegetarian and the coupon said discounts for any build your own subs and she refused to accept the coupon and repeatedly said its for meat subs whereas it was clearly mentioned that I could use them for a sub I made on my own. The young guy working there is quite nice and knows how to do his job.

"This morning at 7:15, I went to Subway. There was a tall Indian girl who made me a really nice sandwich. She is a very hardworking and respectful and passionate staff member The sandwich was very tasty. I would say that Subway is the best place to visit in Edmonton."moreover quality of food was off the charts as compared to other subways . I highly recommend this location over others.

AVOIDING this location all together would be greatest advice. From the homeless sleeping in corners to the absolute disgust of floors tables and chairs. That rarely see a employee clean. To the extreme pooor service or clear to make a half decent looking sandwich. This location and all its employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty. The homeless run the place and harass you while eating if not passed out on the floor. Brown lettuce beyond anything I've ever seen. None of the workers have any business making a sub. Absolutely disgusting and Subway should be ashamed of themselves. Bunk big

It's 7 PM on a Saturday evening. I was really in the mood for a sub but the door was locked. Probably because there are a lot of homeless in the area. The worker was collecting the garbage. I'm not homeless nor do I look homeless. I will get a pizza ? instead.
