i come here all the time and there has been so many times where the staff seems so unhappy and rude. the food is overall okay but it’s $7 for a 6 inch sub, and they skimp put on the veggies so hard.i came in today around 1:40 for lunch and the lady who took my payment rubbed her nose soooo hard with her whole hand and didn’t even wash her hands after. I’ve also seen them go from cash register to sand which without changing gloves. I just find it super lazy and gross and I only come here when I’m starving and didn’t pack food for work. Management should tell the staff to step up.

Felt very unwelcome. Lady had very pissed off facial expression and body language. She made it feel like I was an inconvenience for wanting a sub. Might as well be eating off a dirty toilet since they handle money and continue making sandwiches with the same gloves.

I COMR HERE A LOT BUT NOT ANYMORE , the lie to your face. Ordered a 6 inch peperoni and cheese with bacon. She extra charges me cheese. Had to argue with her that I seen her only put two pieces of cheese on it.. The whole time she said she did put extra so I was charged. Rather than say she made a mistake she lied and continued with more lies. Horrible customer service.See picture for two pieces of cheese not four. Lying to cover a mistake is not okay!Teach your staff better !

Best subway on the north east end. Just had great service, proper portions and friendly staffHighly recommend
I went with my kids to get the sandwiches. We were looking for a relaxing Friday evening experience but the staff at the restaurant was very rude, did not know how to communitcate with customers and seemed to be offended when asked questions. When I was asking her if she has added cheese for the little Italy order mozzarella and parmesan as is in the menu or any questions about the sauce. She was abrupt to answer I added the cheese you asked me. She was answering in a very rude and unprofessional way. We waited as she billed other customers and kept saying can you please wait. Not once she felt for the customer and said I am sorry you had to wait , when I told her please the children are feeling hungry. It took us almost 40 min for our sandwiches in a so called " fast food" place. I live close by but I am going to try best to get my subway elsewhere.

The bun was so so stale. It was hard to bite into and chew. There is no way this was made today, my guess is early this week, maybe even last weekend. I haven't been to Subway in years and I won't be going back anytime soon.
