Used to come here all the time at the new location for lunch with my ice cream coworkers. Used to be good on Yellowhead, but now it’s turned all of us away. I eat gluten free and every time the bread is garbage, they rip it open and it’s split like a plus sign on both. How can you eat that? Rice bowls never get rice, and when you order online half the stuff is missed.Also when you come in on weekends it’s very slow (industrial area) but still that Ethan guy finds a way to make it bad lol. Walk in and there’s no greeting and it’s like you’re inconveniencing him to make something. Once you tell him he asks you 4 more times to be sure before he slowly makes it.Save yourself the trouble and travel 2 more minutes to the one on 149th street or the one on St. Albert Trail. That’s what we do now

I thought I would try this brand new location for lunch today . I walked in the lady looked miserable , I said how are u no answer . I asked I want 12 inch veg sub loaded , she points out to the guy in the back . He comes no hello no hi nothing like they were fighting before I walked in hahah. This guy put couple pcs of vegetables on my sandwich looked like the sandwich was on diet . I asked for more he got agitated.I will never go back . Unfriendly little food for full price .

always closed 10 minutes early. get dirty looks trying to get service close to closing may as well say they're closed at 8:45 as it's not welcoming coming any later.
Whats the point to place an online order beforehand? if A customer still have to wait even after given time. I placed an online order and went to store after their given time. They started making my order after I get there and they attended 6-7 customers before they give me my order. It should be ready even before I reach at store. Had to wait almost 15 mintues according to their app. And then 15-20 mintues when I get to the store. 30-35 minutes just for sub sandwich not worth. I couldn’t cancel it because I paid online.On the top of that I asked for extra lettuce but there wasn’t barely any lettuce instead of extra lettuce. I asked for salt & pepper they didn’t put it on sandwich as I was there when they started preparing it.Worst location. Won’t recommend this location.

Meatball sub ordered, meatballs did not look fresh at all. Once home I didn’t even eat half of my 6” sandwich and I was sick to my stomach. Threw up for nearly 20 minutes. Not the kind of experience I want when I pay for food. Not impressed Subway, again. This has happened before.
