Waited in the queue for about 40mins only for them to tell me we’re out of tuna. I get it it’s not their fault but maybe put some sign or something to let people in the queue know what things you’re out of stock???? super long ridiculous queue and waited there for no reason. Worst service ever.

A tall, dark, lanky guy just insulted me for buying an English muffin and expecting to have a bit of all the vegetables in it. "This is breakfast not lunch" was what he said. I think it shouldn't be on the menu if that's the case. You can't be an ambassador of a brand and condemn your customer's choice of what you're offering. If you were to be selling inches tall burgers, you wouldn't refuse your customers their requests of what should be in the burger. You don't even know if I'm buying the food because of the vegetables in it. Or if that's all I can afford just to eat at the moment. You chose to embarrass me because of my order and I feel sad about it. How about you decide the size of buns/bread that fits the vegetables to your employer?
