My family orders from this place at least once a month and we have never had any complaints until today. We wanted to try something different, and ordered the hot wings. They smelled and tasted terrible. I called the restaurant requesting either some other item, or a credit and they refused to do anything except make me another order of wings. I didn’t feel comfortable ordering more wings because of the ones that I received. Likely won’t be ordering from here going forward considering they don’t consider the food safety for their customers.

Overall they were doing great and pizza was really delicious before but now a days we got three pizzas at different time but we all had a pain in stomach. I just want to tell them to check what they have changed in pizzas. Cheese is also not good.

I always ask to make my pizza spicy, here at supreme pizza as well as at other places but this time they made it extremely spicy which was not eatable at all. Me and my family can’t eat that because of the extreme spice level. I went back to give them this feedback but I the male over there was rude with me and just said they can’t do anything with that. Instead of helping me they blamed me. So guys, if you can’t do anything just try to be polite with the customer. I throw whole pizza in the garbage!!! Waste of money (they are really expensive and pizza here is worst) Mine stomach was hurting after eating a slice! Never ordering again from here.

This is one of the best pizza's we ever had and you go and try its delicious perfectly chew and the cheese is the perfect stringyness !!!!!!!!
I ordered a meat lovers for myself and a vegetarian for my mother. The issue was the spice level. Even though both of the pizzas were at the same spice level (mild) the vegetarian pizza was soo hot (in terms of spice level) that it just inedible. The veg pizza for my mother, that even my father who is the "spice lord" in the family was unable to eat the vegetarian pizza. I ordered both veg and meat lovers pizza at the same spice level, the veg pizza is inedible. I do not know how else to rate this location as it was the first time we ordered from this location and from this experience.. the last time i order from this location/chain!EDIT: My father did call about this order, and the only thing I was told was that It was my order must have been wrong (I have emails from your system to confirm my order). I apologize if my original statement was bad or something. I hope you do well, I will not be ordering from your company again. (I have both emails and phone calls that support my statement). Thank you

It was the worst pizza that I ever had in my life. It said that it was supposed to have chunks of bacon. All I tasted was a sour taste with no bacon and no pizza sauce. I would never order from there again.

Horrible experience ever! I found someone's nail in pizza. Didn't expect that from you guys, so disappointing!I ordered Tandoori Chicken Special Pizza last night and enjoyed every bite of pizza until I felt a prick on my tongue, and that was nothing but a girl's nail that had pink color.Please keep your nails short while handling food.

No doubt the food is good and that’s why we are here. But ordered pizza at 7:40 pm and got it at 9pm. Need to work on the customer service. When you ask for the number be specific, if you need the mobile number or the order number. Normally everywhere it’s the order number, here it’s mobile number. ?♂️ Atleast inform the customers which number you are talking about.
