I went there to order from drive thru and indian girls were there and i think there shift was about to end and they didn’t took my order and keep saying me that they can’t take my order from drive thru bcoz there server is down . It happens with me twice. This is not cool at all , if there shifts was over they can pass my order to other person on the shift . They literally wasted my 30 mints over there

Ordered food found 1 item missing went back for a refund. I was called a lier and they were damned sure it had been there. They gave a nother wrap but refused to give me their name when I said I was going to submit a complaint anyway. One of the wraps was falling appart. Another layer wrap for the first 4 bites only had wrap and cheese. Needles to say ill never return to this location.

Very disappointed in the service this evening.Can barely hear them on there drive thru microphone.I feel as though they instantly judged me.There were two vehicles ahead of me and there order was taken and when i pulled up to the window i was told he couldnt take my order for 20 minutes. I asked why and stated that he just took 2 separate peoples/vehicles orders.He instantly got mad and said he wouldn't take my order at all. I feel as though he judged me and was very ignorant and very unprofessional.Also noticed they don't answer reviews so don't think they value there customers at all!!!!

Best taco bell currently open in the city, food was hot and fresh, unfortunately because of the neighborhood they don't allow people to come in and sit down anymore, but still great thru drive thru, this city needs more taco
