Just ordered from this establishment and found a staple in my food. Tried to call and speak to a manager/owner but instead I was directed straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional and truly disappointing. Do better.

I must be invisible as I stood there tonight waiting and waiting and waiting to place my order yet neither of the the 2 men working there could be bothered to even acknowledge my presence, let lone take my order. There was 1 customer waiting for her order and me. That's it. 2 customers. Eventually I just slowly walked away and still nothing. There's lots of food options in Edmonton but I don't recommend this one.

Sketchy mall with urine-smelling staircase. Ordered taco without tomatoes, wrong. No lid for drink cup so they tried to force on another size and got it all over. Seemed to be surprised and confused I asked for another cup. Slow service. Lots like it’ll close up soon. Help it along and don’t eat here.

Worst place to eat.crisp meat More like soggy meat should has cheese but not hear.bearded man with no cover on big beard.sad under cooked food I returned my tots and they just put the same tots back in fryer.who does that..spend yr hard earned $$ some where else,if I could put Zero Star I would.. straws have no paper cover so his greasy hand's are all over it drank my drink without straw..i feel ripped off ?%

I wish you didn't put tomatoes on my tacos when I asked for none. I picked them all off. Who cares, though? Tacos were good anyway. Mexi Fries and Churro were great! Best place to come for soda and tacos from QE.Kid-friendliness: Fun kids meals

I ordered two burritos and made it a combo. This was on Burrito Thursday so second burrito was supposed to be half price. I mentioned this to the guy working there a couple of times but he still charged me full price. As he was getting the order ready I looked at the bill and saw that he did not give me the discount. I told him he overcharged me and then he refunded me the difference. He gave me my hot sauce and I paid for extra. I got these tiny containers that were only half full. Seems to be the norm at Taco Time now. Total rip off on the hot sauces.
