I visited the one in Windermere at 1714 on Aug 5, 2022. One of the staff named Jaclyn is not friendly at all. My eyesight is very bad so when I kindly request to have a look of the drink menu in the cashier, Jaclyn ordered me to put down the menu immediately. That sounded very rude and it doesn't sound like an attitude that she shouldn't treat to a customer. Comparing the attitude of the staff in West Mall, she is way worse than any staff there. I am a loyal customer and I hope you can reflect on this issue to the employee Jacyln. There's lot of choices of bubble tea shop in Edmonton n I still recommend my friends to The Alley. But I think Jaclyn is main reason to make me no longer to the Alley in Windermere.
