Had the soup as a starter, probably would have been better if it was hot, had the beef dip with fries. The beef dip was loaded with beef, fries were fresh cut but definitely fried in old old. The beef dip was good. I didn't complain about the soup or fries to the server (Tina) who was great. Just my opinion on the fries/oil...would I return that's questionable...

I went with my family and first of all the atmosphere the waitress gave was not it, she has attitude for no reason. If you are stressed at work know how to cope with it and if you don’t like it don’t work there. She has like brownish hair and was wearing flannel. Girl please fix that attitude, not getting you anywhere.

Love the bend! Neighbourhood pub that's been around forever! Ice cold beers and good eats! Say hi to Jordy, best bartender around! Sad they got rid of grasshopper though!
Very good food and drinks, fairly priced and great service at the bar. They have karaoke on Saturday nights too. Will definitely be back!

Having just moved into the area, my wife and I decided to try the "Local watering hole". The location is super convenient and their staff is simply amazing. Super friendly and chatty. Their food value is incredible. All of the food we tried has been large portions and a really decent price considering the increased in everything these days.The only downside is that, in my opinion, the actual bar is too small. Not the entire seating area, just the bar. They seem to always have 1 table reserved for staff which I find odd. I could not find a table to sit at last night for myself and my wife because all of the 4 person tables were being occupied by mainly 1 person and the bar can only accommodate approximately 8 people.A good portion of the bar is set aside for VLT's. From a bar management and cash income point of view, I understand that. However, when I tried to find a table last night and couldn't I did notice that no one was using the VLT's at the time. The 3-4 times we've been here we've only ever seen 2 people concurrently using the 8-10 VLT's.Again, in my opinion, removing half the VLT's to open up more tables would not only generate more revenue, but create a better atmosphere for those seated around the bar. Perhaps moving the VLT's to the back of the bar near the pool table would be a great choice!

One of my friends suggested to go there for beer and wings! The place is ok and has the usual bar atmosphere! Can't really comment about the beer since it's the same anywhere you go! :) The food was not bad but nothing special! The pretzel wasn't the best! Customer service was a bit slow! Overall it's an OK place but definitely not my first choice to go! I'll give it a shot again another time to see if I experience anything different!
