Got to partake in an amazing tour hosted by Austin. It's amazing to see quality refined beers and unique brewing techniques wowed me! Spontaneous brew is future beer. What's that mean? You'll have to visit the team at Monolith to find out!
Three of us decided to try out a new brewery this weekend and boy are we glad we did! What a wonderful and warm experience we had here! We came in only 30 mins before closing on Saturday, not realizing they closed at 10pm, but the two staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We’ve visited twice now and both times we’ve had perfect food and amazing conversation with the staff. We were served by Sham and Zach this time and they were fantastic. Great food, great beer, honestly a 10/10 experience, we can’t wait to go back!
